I support leaders and teams who want to grow – in collaboration, influence and results. Not with a one-size-fits-all method, but with sharp insights, inspiring conversations and creative interventions that match your context. Every team is different. But people always come first. 

Over the past 20+ years, I’ve worked in various leadership roles – as a team lead, manager and director – mostly in research, development and IT with purpose-driven companies and organizations. I know how complex it can get: big ambitions, colliding characters, shifting contexts, time pressure, conflicts of interest. And I also know how helpful it can be to reflect with someone outside the system – someone who brings experience, a fresh perspective, and no internal agenda. 

With empoweryourteam, I offer team coaching, sparring sessions and leadership consultancy. My approach is people-centered, down-to-earth, and focused on real-world leadership practice. 

And if you like, creativity can play a key role. Let’s explore new approaches and creative solutions. Interactive methods and creative tools can help people move beyond just thinking – into action and connection. Sometimes that means using training acting to explore real-life scenarios. Sometimes it’s a hands-on working method that makes insights stick not only in the head, but also in the heart.
